so i have been really struggling lately I feel super burnt out and very just disconnected from life. I'm a mom so i can't afford to be burnt out but I feel like a few different life factors are making me burnt out

I know that burnt out feeling. Maybe you can get a sitter & take some mommy time. Don't even have to do anything really, just take a nap without having to worry about the kids. When my 3 were little my mom would watch them for an afternoon or over night so I could rest. I have twins & my son is 18 months younger then them. I got through it & you will too. I think we are program to slender all of our energy on the kids & not take a minute for ourselves.

Maybe anxiety and depression would be worth looking into getting on Zoloft like I'm on. It helps my meltdowns even out. I'm not as happy anymore ,but at least I'm not anxious. I have a lot to be happy for like family too.
@Hannah_6 unfortunately zoloft never worked for me. I have been on all the meds they can legally perscribe nothing works .
