What do you guys find helpful to combat all the feelings that come up about certain body parts. This is all relatively new, and I haven't got a diagnosis, but I've just got these strong feelings of disgust whenever I look at my tummy or my nose. And I have no idea what to do about it.

      @SleepyLizard it seems like you have other health conditions but in respect of your body do you really think anyone is thinking of that when they see you or think of you? Has anyone ever mentioned it?

        @RalphMP it started at the beginning of this year and it's specifically my nose and my stomach. My nose is large and has a dorsal hump and my tummy protrudes. I feel like it's all come from this disconnect and tumultuous relationship that I now have with my body due to it always being in pain and being fatigued
