If you’re having problems like that it’s really important that you see a doctor because it could get out of hand and you’ll end up in a worse situation than you probably would if you go get help now. If you’re having a hard time talking to a loved one about it I would say a good first step is talking to a psychologist. They won’t judge you or anything and they want to help you, it’s their job

Hi! Noemi, is there anyone you can talk to about this? Try not to let fear get the best of you in this situation, I know it can be hard especially at our age. But Noemi, you should talk to someone around you, someone that you trust and love and know, about what’s going on with you for your own sake. It’s okay to have these doubts. Try to fix them though. It’s not embarrassing, I promise. I’m a complete stranger, but I hope you can get through this.

I think you deserve this for yourself it’s ok to be afraid talk to someone you trust even let your dr no don’t be afraid because you deserve help and to talk to someone who’s willing to listen I also understand how you feel and it’s natural sometimes it’s ok to put ourselves first here supporting you ^^
