I'm a huge binge eater and I hate it. whenever something happens or anything really I eat. I try to stop but it's so hard? what are some tips and stuff I can do to control the urges to eat a bunch of food?

@semenslurper9000, 1. Your username šŸ˜šŸ˜, 2. Iā€™ve also found that setting a list beforehand that I have to go through, if I feel a binge coming I go on a walk, green tea, water and sparkling water, and the most helpful has been writing a full two pages in a journal, just talking about how you feel. Itā€™s a really healthy coping mechanism and great to track your progress

I do the same as @ariele pretty much. I just try to drink loads of water and if I have gum available I chew it throughout the day<3

Best thing thatā€™s worked for me though itā€™s probably not the healthiest approach, is drinking mass amounts of water, as in 750 mL in one sitting. Iā€™ll be so nauseous that the binge cravings stop. Mint is also shown to aid in stopping binge eating so mint gum mint tea mint water whatever.
