Struggling with Binge Eating and Depression

First post! ~ sooo I just binged really badly. it seems I do it every time I buy groceries just because I have a lot of food so I feel like I have to eat it all. I crave it all at once and then I can't breathe but I still wanna eat and I'm not hungry either. I haven't binged like this in a while but today I was super depressed and I had no control I just kept grabbing food after I finished the first thing. now I just can't breathe and I wanna make myself throw up to feel better but I also don't wanna waste food but I literally can't breathe. today's a bad day.

I have this same issue. I am also binging everyday. I am so down on myself and then I just eat more. I will eat until I feel so sick and then feel like that was the point of eating so much. I don’t know what to do to get help.

I often struggle when i buy groceries too! I’ve found that grocery shopping more regularly is actually super helpful. At least in my case i think it stems from hardly eating because i don’t have much food for a while so once i have a lot of food i can’t stop myself. honestly stability- in every aspect of life- is the best way to avoid binging. But please don’t be too hard on yourself after a binge! one bad day is not going to change anything or ruin your progress. Try not to dwell on it and just move forward with your day as you usually would. Try to just drink some water and move your body to help with that feeling of being too full

Yes you understand exactly!! It's cause before I shoo I have so little food and then I have a lot and I suddenly want to eat everything. Currently drinking water and trying to just let my stomach settle and digest. Thanks for the reply 💕
