Wear a cloth mask over your face when outside in the cold. It's saved me from feeling like my lungs had frozen in place. I hope they're looking to see if you have pneumonia at this point? Or covid? The rapid increase of trouble breathing is concerning.

My asthma always gets bad in the winter been ok for a few years 🤞but I find having a peakflow monitor and upto date asthma plan can help and literally be a life saver so you know when to go to A&E for your asthma I learnt that the hard way 😔

My asthma always gets bad when its humid, so when it's bad I try to run a dehumidifier and keep my activity levels lower.
