      When I can’t sleep from pain with Crohn’s I take a CBD gummy and it helps. It’s also supposed to help with anxiety

        @faerywyrm I just started restirol....not as affective as I hoped....how much do you take? I have been on trazadone in the past

          @Loopsy59 I take 15mg of restoril every night, but I have to taper off now because I am taking gabapentin for my fibromyalgia. I will have to find another med that helps.

      I have had my share of anxiety. I was doing well for several years, then got back into it. I have to take strong medication to help me sleep, but my neighbor gets by with melatonin.
