Struggling with Anxiety Medication

Starting to feel like I’ll never be able to get rid of my anxiety without medication. It usually would be fine but I think all anti-anxiety medications are addictive. :(

Hydroxyzine is not addictive. It’s actually an antihistamine that is also used for anxiety, and it’s taken as needed, usually 1-3 times a day. It doesn’t take all of my anxiety away, but it does help with anxiety attacks. Because it’s an antihistamine, it makes you drowsy at first, but only for the first few days while your body is getting used to it.
