Struggling with Anxiety: How Can I Feel Better?

My anxiety has really peaked this whole month and I can't seem to clam down at all and I have no motivation to make myself feel better. I've just been In my bed for a lot of the time. I can't sleep at night and only feel comfortable sleeping in the day. where do I even start to try and make myself feel better?

I suggest downloading an app called Finch. It's an app where u take care of a baby bird and u set little goals with it, then when u complete a goal u help the bird grow! It also has some exercises for when u r mid anxiety attack. It's honestly helped me so much. Cus sometimes it is hard to complete or do something for yourself, but it's easier to do when it's for someone else.

one thing i always do to make myself feel better is to take a hot shower and just let myself stay in there as long as i need to calm down idk if that will help but good luck !
