Struggling with Anxiety and Psoriasis

Hi, I’m Loralei. Recently I’ve been struggling a bit with my anxiety and depression. Those seem to be on a better track than a month ago. I guess I’m just looking for some advice on way to curve my mind from my anxiety. As well as any advice on how to take care of my psoriasis! I’ve tried everything for the psoriasis but pills and injections, nothing has worked.

I trained myself to have like a third persons point of view sense, every time I catch myself overthinking or overwhelmed or start to have anxious thoughts I have things ready for me to go interact with and keep my mind completely occupied. (4D diamond art kits, paint by numbers, colouring books, interactive games that you have to pay attention to on my phone, etc) even a kids toy. Those things can be really great for someone with anxiety. You have to put yourself, ground yourself almost back on earth by doing “earth” things. Because having anxiety is like living on a separate planet from everyone else.. best of luck, you are much stronger than you think, and you are loved 💕🙏🏽
