I hope yor doing this under a Dr's care. Some Dr's don't seem to learn much about detox. I've personally lived thru it with some illegal drugs and my alcohol detox put me in a coma. Do your research on it. Don't just read Dr's opinion read study that have been done and whatever u do don't let them give u another drug to get over this one. They give people detoxing off of heroin suboxone. Coming off the suboxone it 10 fold the detox coming off of heroin. I've witnessed and helped people trying to get off of it.

Hi thanks for reply, thr hard thing for me is that a withdrawal side effect is anxiety,so im not sure if the anxiety im feeling is from withdrawal or if its my anxiety all coming back.I had a whole month with no anxiety, then bang, all come back, along with headaches and nausea. This drug is apparantly a very hard one to come off and people go back to taking it.Im still on anti depressants but they dont do much.Im waking with bad anxiety and then you think i will take the pill again.I just have to try and push through it.My dr is happy for whatever i want to do,I withdrew very slowly.Doesnt seem to matter with this drug, you still get withdrawals.I have had anxiety for three years and im just so tired of it
