I’m not sure if anyone else feels like and or can help me. But there’s some days where I feel okay and can talk to people all day. But once I get home, I feel everything at once. I start breaking down and start wishing things could finally get better. There’s things that I am not fully healed from but also unsure of how to fully heal myself. I try to take it one day at a time, but even when I’m keeping myself busy, my anxiety takes over and I start to feel everything crashing down

      I completely understand this, I'm the same way. Something that helped me was making myself busy for the first little bit of being home. It helped me get used to being by myself after a big social outing, so that I didn't have such a big drop in my mood.
