Struggling with Anxiety and ADHD: My Story

hi! my names mikey and I have been struggling with anxiety and ADHD since I was a kid; it's been hard to make new friends or even speak up because of my anxiety. since covid I've became more and more depressed, not only was I pulled away from my home state (oregon) In 2018 and moved to Massachusetts it's been hard to fit in. I've lost contact with almost all my friends in oregon except for one and even then we barely talk. I've became more and more isolated in my room since I moved here and it has made some good times with the friends I've made online but there also has been some bad people that I used to hang around. I recently got back into public school around 3 months ago and I have made 2 friends (one of them is my current crush).
