I was diagnosed at age 14 by my psycologist. You can also talk to your PCP and get a referral. At age 16 you are medically independent so you can make an appointment on your own.

I suggest talking about your concerns with your pcp! It can definitely be hard in some places to even be heard in the first place, but it's worth a shot since your dr(if they're good and genuinely listen to you) can refer you to a behavior specialist for diagnosis!
