Hello!! I hope this finds you doing amazing!! I’m new to this so here it goes! I stopped taking ADHD medication after a brutal panic attack that continued to visit me every day for almost two years. I made some life changes and I rarely have them anymore. That being said my ADHD is effecting my everyday life pretty drastically. It often also effect me relationship. I don’t have bad memory in general but I forget to do things because I start doing another thing 😂. I find that just getting out of the house in the morning is a challenge without dropping 5 tasks to go do another. (Doing it right now 😅) I was taking methylphenidate but switched to Adderall to see what I liked better. I think I prefer Methylphenidate but I am scared that these medications are one element of many things that triggered these panic attacks🤷🏽 I’m open for any suggestions or advice!!

Hi. I'm new to this group as well. I tried Adderall but it didn't seem to work for me and it made me extremely irritable. I've been on Vyvanse for at least 5 years now and I'm afraid that I've built up a tolerance to it. I have such a hard time with my ADHD if I don't take my medicine. Even my husband and children know when I haven't taken it. I hope you can find something that works for you without all the side effects.
