Struggling with ADHD, Autism, and PTSD

hi, not sure what to write on here. recently diagnosed with adhd and autism, and struggling. pretty sure I have ptsd which is caused from my autism diagnosis, and letting old memories resurface. I have 2 rare illnesses, looking for friends and support ❤️

hii. i’ve been diagnosed with adhd since i was 9 and i also have autism. i’ve been having some pretty triggering memories resurface recently too that i’ve been struggling to work through. but it just means that we’re healing. dm me if you’d like to talk 💗
