Struggling with My Abusive Mother's Empty Promises

I feel so down recently my mom has changed her behavior towards me bc she realize when I go to college I don’t want to come back. So started to act nice towards me but it so hard to erase everything she has done to me. She’s been physically and mentally and verbally abusive to me that it’s left me having my senior basically working so hard to save money and have take her the money most of the time she doesn’t help me. But now Ik she’s making empty promises. I’m trying to get student loans but I need to co-signer but the only I can ask is her but she says if she does I have to stay in the house. But I know if I stay in tht house it’ll make even more depressed than I am now
