I have a very hard time taking pills. I had a tiny bit more luck with those that I can get the powder out of to put in food. I did have issues with that, though. I need help figuring out what may help me, though. I struggle to find happiness in anything but a romantic relationship. I have some things I enjoy, but barely. I'm in therapy, but it's mostly talk. Possibly DBT or stuff, but I'm not sure. I don't know what to do anymore. I feel like it's my fault I can't keep a relationship. I want to get better so I can be better in a relationship and actually feel happiness with other things, too. Does anyone know anything?

You might consider trying alternative medication forms, such as dissolvable or chewable pills, or even injectable medications if your doctor approves. Additionally, exploring different therapy approaches like DBT, CBT, or group therapy could be beneficial. It's important to communicate with your therapist and healthcare providers about your concerns and struggles to find the most suitable treatment plan for you. Remember that finding the right approach may take time and patience.
