🤗 I never could take meds regularly until I found the right app to remind me. I use My Calendar for Android. It has soo many other awesome features too for woman stuff.💕

At least for me, my dose is so high on more than one of my meds that it means I'm taking SO many pills when you put it all together. Add in a couple other single-pill meds & supplements, and blech. I just don't like the experience of taking that many pills 🤐...and I let it screw up my compliance. The thing is, I'm worried splitting them up between AM & PM will also mess things up, but I guess at this point I should just try that. Thank you 🙂
