Struggling to Sleep Without Cannabis, Need Alternatives

So I have the hardest time going to sleep at night unless I use cannabis which dose help a lot and with my other conditions but I can’t afford it all the time and I’ve tried melatonin but that just gives me horrible nightmares any recommendations on another sleep aid?

      @Agent008 yeah I also take celexa in the mornings although I lowered my dose recently just to see if it still worked, which it did. Hopefully if that isn’t a good option your dr can suggest something else! I think a lot of people with adhd don’t do great with melatonin

      I also didn’t have luck with melatonin. I was able to get a prescription for a low dose of trazodone and that works really well for me. It is an antidepressant so not sure if that will work with other meds you take.

        @Mermista yea I currently take Zoloft as my antidepressant I’ll definitely talk to my doctor about this.
