Melatonin is also good for imsonia, there’s also a Spanish leave which you can make a tea and drink it daily it’s called Tilo and again you can get this at every food store, I’m in NYC and u can find this at any food shop. Where are you at?

Rayne11 When your full of stress is very hard to get a good night sleep. Our bodies produce Melatonin but after 40 years of age the body stops supplying the natural Melatonin which helps to sleep and brings calm to your overworked body and stress so that one can sleep as when we used too in our younger days. Try 5 mg and if not enough try “10 mfs. It’s all natural meds, you can get it at any drug store and is not expensive.

I'm the same way. I'm very lucky if I get maybe 5 hrs. I guess I'm so used to sleeping like this because if I sleep any longer I feel extremely tired all day.. if that makes sense. So if you find something that helps you pls let me know.
