      Melatonin gummies worked. Chamomile tea/leaf balm tea works as well also if it’s anxiety or stress a cold shower can help and if you want try ASMR hopefully it works for you

      Hi, could it be that the full fear of falling asleep is the one that causes you not to fall asleep?
