I put documentaries on the TV and then an eye mask if the light is bothering me. I have go to documentaries just for sleeping now 😅
Not always successful, but eventually it works: If i cant fall asleep, i force myself to think of something nice but very boring. Ex: a time where watching people at the park, watching a baby smile, jogging down a path (ive never jogged but still works better than a walk speed), etc

Some suggestions include taking medications or melatonin to help fall asleep, following along to an audio-guided meditation, journaling before bed to get all thoughts out of the brain, making a to-do list for the next day to avoid worrying about it, and listening to a long YouTube video or podcast to distract the mind. Another method is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) combined with drugs such as SSRIs and Benzos.
