What helps you sleep? I havent found much that helps me and im just kind of looking into things I could try that can help.

I use a sound/spa machine that has multiple sound types, I personally like the summer night/cricket option. I will also sometimes spray a lavender scent on my pillow. Or in addition to the sound machine have an audio book playing through earbuds(not in my ears just on full volume near my head). These don't necessarily help me sleep better or faster but they help me feel calmer when I'm trying to sleep.
