I find it so hard to fall asleep but when i finally sleep it's almost impossible to wake me up, it's been affecting my work, my classes, meetings, everything. anyone else feels like this? or at least what might help?

      @AnxiousBean I've tried melatonin too and it gives me the most intense nightmares, but I'm not giving up, I'll keep trying maybe a different dosage or a different medication or something :3

      Omfg that's exacttttly how it feels! No one in my friend group ever understands how it is, it's started to become "a thing" that oh I'm always late cause I'm sleeping, and oh nothing can wake me up, and i pull all nighters all the time for no reason, but this, how you said it is exactly how it is

      I go through something nearly identical to your situation; it's so frustrating to be exhausted but *just* not tired enough to fall asleep, until it's morning and the bed feels like a heavenly cloud. It affects my life in every aspect as well, I had a record of 80-something tardies in elementary school cause of it, and I got detention in middle school when I was late once. I've tried melatonin and that helps get me to initially fall asleep, and clonidine has a similar effect and keeps me asleep. I hope you can find something that can help your situation, I feel for you ♥️
