Struggling to Quit Smoking: Seeking Advice

Does anyone have any advice on how to quit smoking? I've tried patches, gum, hypnosis, and I'm on Wellbutrin. Nothing seems to work for me. When I don't smoke, my mental health issues get so much worse.

Whoa, I have (am) right there with you. The ONLY thing other than the strongest patches WITH consistently chewing Cinnamon gum is to WALK…pace your home, go on a walk, get a treadmill, if I’m moving I can’t be smoking you know? I just don’t have the lung capacity for both so I’m walking. A LOT. But, I’ve gone over 6 months no cigarettes or vapes so I’m considering it as a win. HOWEVER, I’m also on the strongest dose of nicotine patches and I’m always chewing CINNAMON gum, something about that flavor helps me curb my cravings. Hmu if you need help with this or just need to vent about how much it sucks. I’m always here for my Alike fam 💜

I have no idea why because it seems so silly but the iQuit app helped me so much 🤗

I switched to vaping and then slowly stepped down on the amount of nicotine I was using until I was at 0mg. Then I quit vaping, which was easy to do, I just had to find ways to keep my hands busy, that was probably the hardest part. Good luck! It is a hard thing to do! 🤗

I did try vaping in the past and it helped me cut down. I should try again and lower the nicotine like you suggested. Thanks for the advice! 💕
