I'm sorry to hear that it's effecting in such a way but everyone grieves and copes in there own way and personally I feel it shows how much you cared to not just get over it. Being real, break ups suck and there are no quick fire ways of getting over them. You are beautiful, strong, and will flourish on the others idea of this soon.
