I saw a quote somewhere on Facebook that said something about pretending like you're in a Studio Ghibli movie (look them up if you dont know, beautiful films) and it kinda works. The vibe of the films is so calm and focus on the small details of a simple meal, staring out the window and feeling the breeze... I think it also helps that phones dont exist in the stories so maybe being disconnected from the phone for a bit would be beneficial? I know I get a lot more done if i leave my computer and phone in another room to focus on my hobbies

I and having the issue finding joy in things I once loved. My anxiety takes over and I think about things I shouldn't. I was told once write down the things you anxiety makes you think about in a journal and lock it away. Get it out of your mind. It works 60% of the time for me. It is better than I was before doing this.

Another tip ive heard is focusing on the next step vs the end goal with whatever you're doing. Makes you slow down
