I've been going to the gym to help with my anxiety a bit but I always find it so hard to leave my house to go. (I love working out I just have a hard time ever leaving the house.) My therapist wants me to go at least twice a week. what are some things that help you leave your house?

I can’t be of much help with this as I have to force myself to leave the house just for regular chores/errands! I put it off till the last minute! The weird thing is once I leave, start driving, I’m fine and then wonder why I made such a big deal of it! Yet, the next time I do the same thing! I drive myself crazy! So I really never go anywhere pleasurable. Unfortunately! I could use some help myself
I know I have to go and get the mail everyday which helps me get out of the apartment...also there is a lady I like to drink coffee with outside so that helps
I like to reward myself after doing whatever it is I needed to do. So I'll stop for coffee or take a nap or something I look forward to!
