Struggling to Keep a Job

Does anyone else have a lot of trouble keeping a job? with only one or two exceptions, I'm very good at the actual work I do in any job I've had. but I get burnt out, overwhelmed, and increasingly stressed to the point that I start losing motivation to do anything. first I stop performing well at work, then it bleeds into my home life and relationship, then I get to where I can't even take care of myself like showering or brushing my teeth which definitely doesn't help at work, then I start calling in more and more until one day I wake up and just cannot make myself go back to that job. Obviously the more jobs I lose, the harder it makes it to get another job when an employer sees my history. I know job hopping is frowned on but I just can't find something that doesn't make me feel horribly overwhelmed and depressed after a year or less of being there.

I have a lot of troubles keeping jobs for that same reason. Something I’m a huge advocate for is seasonal jobs since you get a new job every winter/summer season and get about a month break if not more before the next season. 4-6 months of one job, a break, 4-6 months of another, and if you find a job you really like that way, great! Stick around a few seasons then! These jobs usually also provide employee housing so if you’re worried about that, that can relieve a little bit of stress.

BPD brain gets bored so fast, I thought about quitting every day for the first month of my new job. now I'm approaching 3 months and it only bothers me a little.
