Struggling to Identify Therapy Goals

I have recently started responding really well with therapy. I now only go every other week instead of every week. My therapist said she notices I seem to be doing better and to think of any other goals I may want/need to work on if we are moving forward. I don’t want to quit but i’m struggling to identify goals even though I know I still have them. would anybody feel comfortable sharing why types of goals they work towards? 😩

I wrote a list of what I want to work on in therapy and I would love to share it with you! Some of mine include: 1. Learning how to set boundaries and maintain them (also learn what your boundaries are) 2. Learning what love is for myself and others 3. Scared of having kids because I feel like I won't raise them right and they will end up how I did and scared because of my bipolar and how that would effect them 4. Learning how to trust based off of past sexual abuse 5. Learn healthy coping mechanisms 6. Find new hobbies 7. Go through my list of triggers and find out why they're triggering me 8. How to take care of my inner child when I age regress
