I have been wanting to be pregnant since January 2022. So far, no luck to my knowledge. I think I've come close, like possibly a chemical pregnancy, but nothing definite. We haven't been intentionally trying but also not preventing (no birth control, but he pulls out). He's fine with the idea of being done with kids but if it happens, it happens. Me, I desperately wish to be pregnant. So if we continue this way, how long might it take to get pregnant by surprise? We have sex right around the time I ovulate too. And I wonder if my hormones are messed up and that's why I haven't gotten pregnant. What can I do to improve fertility?
