Struggling to Get Out of My Head After Using Medical Marijuana

I've been taking medical Marijuana and I'm trying to get out of my head? even writing this I'm having trouble trying to not think of what the person reading this will think. anyhow my body is psychically reacting and I don't feel as tense.

Honestly it's hard that so many people might judge for it but if it's effective with helping and you don't have any particularly negative side effects it really shouldnt be anyone else's business. I mean that's your medical history ya know? It's really rude and invasive to judge people for their medication(s)

I've had people that have judged me for medicinal marijuana use, and honestly it just reveals the people who aren't supportive in your life! If you explain to them all of the benefits you are getting from it and they judge you, that's their problem and they should do inward reflection on why they feel the need to make you feel bad for using a naturally growing plant that makes you feel better. Don't stop a treatment that works because of what others think! A lot of people still have antiquated views of cannabis and mental difficulties, kudos to you for being proactive and finding a treatment that works!

Being that it’s illegal in my state, I smoke a hybrid and it works for everything I need it to, it doesn’t cure or get rid of everything but it takes all of the edge off for me. If it’s helping you get out of your head, cool, if your post means you’re physically feeling better but the weed is making you get more in your head, that can be okay too, don’t let it get you paranoid or anxious, think of smoking as a meditation and let the thoughts come and pass, maybe ask yourself why you’re thinking about whatever and then let it go, this is transcendental/mindfulness meditation, it’s the easiest cause you don’t have to take it so seriously, and it’s a great way to unwind while smoking or relaxing. If you want more info on it, feel free to message me but there’s also a lot of great YouTube videos on it, some by the incredible David lynch (filmmaker) about how such meditation boosts creativity. Maybe find something to focus on while you’re smoking like drawing or painting or doodling, finding some music with great lyrical content as well as a good vibe. Music and meditation keep me going, I hope you find what’s best for you x
