Having trouble getting out of bed. Not sure if it’s from fm or depression or what. Any advice?

      Start your day with some water. If you can spare a few minutes in bed to just sit up and sip a water bottle it may help the transition from sleep to awake.

      My therapist suggested vitamin D and trying to get a little bit of sunlight for winter depression. Maybe try getting up slowly, that helps me sometimes.
