Struggling to Get Out of Bed Every Day

Anyone else struggle to just leave their bed everyday? I feel like I spend the majority of my day in bed and I hate it. Just want to know if there are others struggling as well.

Yes, but we have to push ourselves to get up and live our lives!

Agreed! It’s so hard because sometimes I feel like I’m not even living… just existing. But I know we just have to take things one day at time ❤️

You are not alone! I struggle to get out of bed for hours some days, and even then I spend a lot of time sitting on the couch. Some days it’s what your body needs, and it’s better to give yourself the rest. Other days, you can try something little, something new, and get up to move your body more. You’ve got this, friend.

I am in my bed too! And I relate so much to what you said… it’s my happy place but also my prison! I love it and hate it both at the same time.

I've had a lot of issues with sleep inertia, so it's really hard to pull myself out of bed in the mornings in particular. But there are some days where all I can do is sleep. I've been trying to take small walks and things just to move more.
