yall the struggle is real when your trying to look up how to get your pet ESA certified. how do know wats real and whos just targeting you for money it feels like

ESA’s definitely have it rough lately! There is no such thing as a certification, they’re all just scams! All you need is a letter from your therapist, then you present that to your landlord. ESA’s have limited access and can’t go everywhere a Service Dog can. You can only go to pet friendly stores/public spaces. For more info on that go to the ADA website :)

You just need a letter stating your need the animal from your therapist. Absolutely no registry or cert is real, they do not count and are just there to take your $$
