Struggling to Get Diagnosed with Autoimmune Disorder

I've hit a stall in getting diagnosed. I have Sjogrens which means I have another auto immune disorder but don't know which one. I also have a lot of neurological symptoms. Does anyone have any advice? We're really struggling.

Sjögren’s can be primary, meaning it is possible to only have that. Are you seeing a rheumatologist?

yes but I'm at the point where I'm seeking a second opinion. I also have abnormal weight gain, abnormal stretch marks, may or may not have a pituitary miroadenoma, heat and cold intolerance. Fibromyalgia, polyarthritis...I just don't know what to do anymore. I can't work, can't drive, can't go places on my own.

I had no idea Sjogrens could be primary. My rheumatologist said it always came with another auto immune disease

Have they looked into POTS?? Could be why you are passing out but seems like everything else fits with what comes with the syndrome

Those symptoms could be primary Sjogren’s. Neurological issues and brain fog are common.

How were you diagnosed? Are you taking any medications specifically for Sjogren’s?
