what can I do to help myself rn if I can’t access therapy, it’s so hard trying to get better but constantly forgetting to do the daily things to get better

Message me- I work in mental health and we have free, online, peer run support groups 7 days a week. We always love to welcome new folx and it’s my job that made me see my own ADHD.

There is this app called “Rootd” and it helps so much mainly for panic attacks though. There is an emergency button on it that you press when you are having a panic attack it helps so much. There is journaling,visualizing,breathing techniques and more. It has been the most effective app for me.
