I had a positive Ana test. (vasculitis). I have been suffering for 4 years. having trouble getting a diagnosis. feel like I'm being gaslighted by my doctor s. metrologist did the test. turned it over to the rheumatology. first said all's she sees is positive test results. after pushing she said I'm not going to diagnose you with moa because that would be the end. ?????? but from what I read you need diagnosis to be treated for possible remission. does anyone have advice?

Get a second opinion, because they are treatments for Vasculitis. I have ANCA Vasculitis, my treatment was Rituximab
