Struggling to Focus at Work

I work at a buffet in the bakery and lately I haven't been able to pay attention for the life of me and it doesn't help that my trainer just doesn't seem to understand I have a hard time with distinctive information. what do i do?

I can't be using my fidget toy at work I have to be fast and on top of things but I like the idea

Take notes, ask to record instructions, if you have a fidget toy to help focus perhaps do that, if comfortable explain you need certain accommodations related to how you learn and process information as most work places have to accommodate this
