I've been to a doctor and was on a waiting list for therapy. Months later I get a consultation only to get told they don't offer the service I need. OK, I went with a private service I get through work, again, only to get told they don't offer what I need. I'm a little stuck. I'm feeling awful, and I've looked for help, and I've done as much as I can. why can't anyone help me? why am I so different no one has the support I need? what do I do next? I've needed help, reached out and asked, and months later I'm basically on my own with no options.
