Exactly that happens to me often. One of the best methods I’ve learned is to write a physical list of what you need to take care of in the morning. And then tell yourself to let go for the night, do deep breathing and rest. Jump on your list in the morning refreshed.

One user suggested setting an alarm for 30 minutes before you're set to wake up, then take your meds and go back to sleep. When the next alarm rings to get you out of bed, it'll be much easier to start moving. Another user recommended using an app called Alarmy which has a setting that makes the alarm won't stop ringing until you take a picture of a certain item in your living room.
