What meals, meal supplements, vitamins, or anything do you do that helps you keep your stomach under control? I'm struggling so hard to eat because of smell or nausea just thinking about food. I've lost 70lbs. I'm 5 lbs before they put me on a feeding tube. Any recipes or anything would be appreciated, I really need to gain weight back.

One major thing that has helped me is zofran. It's an anti nausea drug that my Dr prescribed me and I take it when I'm nauseous and need to eat.

Some people with similar conditions have found relief by switching to frequent small meals throughout the day, avoiding fiber, and adapting a low fodmap diet. They also recommend trying motility medications, although these can have side effects. Some have found success with meal replacements like Ensure original or Ensure plus, especially in flavors like dark chocolate. Others suggest "safe" foods like saltine crackers, bone broth, mashed potatoes, granola snack bites, and following the BRAT diet (bananas, rice, applesauce, toast). Drinking hot tea, lots of water, and using natural remedies like Sennosides, a vegetable laxative, have also been suggested.
