Last few days every time I try to eat I feel nauseous. Nothing tastes good, not even foods I normally love. I’ve been able to get down a few protein shakes, some crackers, a little cheese. I can tell it’s majorly affecting my energy level, I’m so tired and my work ethic has been shit when it’s normally great.
