Struggling to Eat: Need Advice

Last few days every time I try to eat I feel nauseous. Nothing tastes good, not even foods I normally love. I’ve been able to get down a few protein shakes, some crackers, a little cheese. I can tell it’s majorly affecting my energy level, I’m so tired and my work ethic has been shit when it’s normally great. Anyway, how do you guys get food in your system when your body doesn’t want to eat?

For me I just try to get at least one meal in and I usually wait until I'm hungry so it doesn't seem like a task. I think it's Ensure that is a good way to get vitamins and nutrients into your body when you have trouble eating. Hopefully your appetite gets better
