Struggling to Eat Healthier and Get Fit

I'm not eating nearly enough. I need to eat better, one quarter proteins, one quarter carbohydrates and one half vegetables, but I don't really know how to start doing that and eat healthier. Not to mention I give up too easily without a physical reminder. I want to get physically healthier too like getting abs and toned but same problem. I don't drink enough water, I'm lazy in my health and I'm trying to get better. Any ideas?

Find an app that gives you reminders @ the same time every day. Get yourself a new nice water bottle with the timer marks. 🤷‍♀️ Try to find a support group to encourage check ins and effort... even potentially if you find people in here or there are several groups on discord and others ...💕

If you have trouble eating certain nutrient rich foods I like to hide them in whatever I can. For example I've started sprinkling hemp seeds on everything to try to get protein because they're pretty small and unnoticeable. It takes a little bit of creativity unfortunately but just try to make small changes at first so you don't get overwhelmed. Your meals don't have to be perfect, as long as you're doing your best to eat a little healthier that's all that matters
