I never post on here. I never kno what to say and I disassociate a lot and it's hard to talk to anyone but I want to. I want friend but I'm so tired I have no energy and fibromyalgia/brain fog on top of dissociation it's nearly impossible for me to function at all I drive to support groups in my area but can't go in for fear of people but I need support. I feel so awkward even posting here don't even know why
