I completely feel for you. We are in the same situation. Had all the tests and have all come back fine. It is so heartbreaking each month. Have you spoken to your doctor? I'm based in in the UK so I appreciate it's different, but we have a consultation booked in for June (we can't afford to go privately and that's the earliest appointment).

I agree. I’m seeing an acupuncturist that specializes in infertility and has gone through the journey herself.. she’s amazing but we just started our work. I hope this really helps as we are waiting on the results of our first IUI procedure.
