You should consult your doctor, try to keep inhaler with you all the time, Other people cannot feel what we go through during the Asthma attack, You need to calm your self and seek doctors help.

Stress can bring on an asthma attack, have a few close friends that can be there for you. Tell your family what is going on with your asthma and go see a Doctor to be put onto an Asthma action plan. Take care

Have a conversation with your parents about your asthma. Your lungs are a vital organ you need to look after them and seek medical advice

I'm sorry this is happening to you. Is there a school nurse you could speak with that might help your parents understand more what is happening. 😥
