Struggling to Break the 275lb Mark

no matter what diets or exercise I try, it doesn't seem like I can break the 275lb mark. anyone else with this problem?

It's not always what you eat but what you drink. Look at the sugars and the ingredients if they use fake crap then don't do it. Good luck
