I would like to invite you to challenge those thoughts. Ask yourself, "Is it true that no one really loves me? Is it really true?" "Is it true that EVERYTHING I've been told is a lie?" "Is it true that I don't deserve to be happy?" A wise coach once told me, our brains are programmed to believe our thoughts. Our thoughts are not necessarily true, but our brains will believe them if they're not challenged. Sending you love right now, and a hug.
